Cancelation policy

• We have limited time slots, and due to this, all cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. We understand emergencies happen, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid being charged full price (541)368-8204 (call or text). Any non-emergency cancellations made after 24 hours, will result in being charged full price.

• Emergency cancellations are accepted only for illness, illness of a family member or death in the family. Please do not come into the office with a fever, strep, unidentified rash, diarrhea, vomiting, or any contagious illness. If you arrive ill, you will be dismissed and charged for the session.

• Showing up late to your scheduled Massage will result in your appointment ending at the scheduled time and charged for the original time scheduled, out of respect for both the time of your Massage Therapist and their clients scheduled after your appointment.

Ethics boundaries

• Therapeutic Massage is strictly non-sexual. If a client presses interest in anything sexual, the therapist will either not schedule or will terminate a massage in process immediately and full price will be charged.
